 * Site Management & All site related activities for the Electrical Installation works.       
* Close Monitor / Supervise electrical works based on approved shop drawings and specifications.
* Preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports and assesses them against the project schedule.
* Preparation of Material submittal to obtain approval from the client / consultant.
* Preparation of Material Take-off (BOQ) for the Project & Material Requisition as per site requirement.
* Ensure the availability of adequate quantity of Electrical Material.
* Attending periodic Project Site Meeting with Consultant / Client & Implement the requirements at site.
* Reviewing of Shop drawings prepared by Design Team prior to submission for approval and make
necessary correction if required as per project specification.
* Provide input to Quantity Surveyor for interim payment applications.
* Raise inspection requests for work completed & obtain approval.
* Raise RFI / FRFI as required in Project as per Site condition & obtain approval.
* Ensure work is executed according to contract specifications, approved design drawings, agreed            
                                             procedures, method statements and as per project schedule..
* Reduce the wastage of material and increase manpower productivity.
* Interact with client and consultant regarding the status of work.
* Negotiate with client and consultant for obtaining approvals for requested modifications as per site
condition.
* Update drawings to fit newly approved modifications for As-Built drawings.
* Co-ordination for Testing & Commissioning activities for the completed installation.
* Assisting to complete necessary quality assurance documentation of work under direct control.
* Implement strict adherence to safety rules and regulations.
* Conduct Safety tool box lecture to enforce safety regulations for individuals on the site.

* Pre-qualification, Tendering and finalization of Subcontractors (both during proposal and execution 
stage). 
* Finalization of Sub-contractor within a JCA budget provision for the work as well as arriving cost savin
for project requirement. 
 *Awarding of subcontract work by Issuing of necessary work order / sub-contract Agreement as per
project requirement.
* Ensure that contractual and commercial matters are handled efficiently by minimizing claims from the
subcontractors.
* Carry out regular evaluation of sub-contractors and maintain an updated Subcontractor database. 
* Handling of Subcontractors  including scope disputes and close out in conjunction with Project Manage
  and correspondence and meetings with Subcontractors and actions /close out the disputes.
* Maintain record and track BOQ measurement (BOQ)/MTO according to the approved drawings & wor
completion at site Re-measure and verify the work accomplished by the Subcontractors and, wherever
possible, try to minimize and control additional quantities claimed by the subcontractors.
* Scrutiny of Invoices as submitted by the sub-contractors & certifies the same as per actual work
completion.
